Whirligig and Whirligigette work together. Whirligig is a gentle color-changing yarn, and its 'sister yarn' Whirligigette is a matching single color. These yarns can be used in combination with each other as they are the same fiber content and weight. Whirligigette is available in 7 colors.

The yarn is composed of 80% Virgin Wool and 20% Alpaca. The recommended needle size is US 4-6 / 3.5-4 mm, and the weight is categorized as 3 - Light/DK. The yarn should be hand-washed and dried flat, with a low iron setting.

Each 100 g / 3.5 oz skein of Whirligig or Whirligigette contains 215 m / 236 yards of yarn. The gauge is 20 sts x 26 rows = 10 cm / 4".
